NVP – Nicolet Video Productions – produces films for television, cinema, businesses and associations.

The company was founded in 1992 by Philippe Nicolet, joined by his associate Julien Cuendet the following year. Based in La Croix-sur-Lutry, near Lausanne, Switzerland, the team has to its credit 3000 film shoots in forty countries.

On a local level, NVP was given the task of establishing the news department for the newly-created Lausanne television channel, TVRL. For its first five years, all regional televised news programmes were provided by NVP (infoHebdo, and later InfoRL)., which continues to provide programmes such as the debate forum Point Chaud and Rêveur, a series on immigrants.

In the international scale, NVP has worked since 1996 with the Jean Monnet Foundation for Europe, whose president until 2005 was Professor Henri Rieben. Key Swiss and European leaders recount and analyse their experiences in the course of some 100 exclusive filmed interviews under the aegis of a project exploring Swiss-European relations since the creation of the EU.

NVP has shot documentaries all over the planet. Several have been broadcast on international channels such as Euro News and CNN’s World Report.
